Scrambled Perfection



  •  8 large eggs
  • 4 tsp Hellman's mayonnaise ( heard me)
  • 4 tsp real butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste



In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise and water.

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat. Pour in egg mixture stirring often as they cook. Remove from skillet when firm but still moist. DO NOT OVER COOK. Transfer to serving dish or plate.

Salt and Pepper to taste....(pepper can lose it's punch if added while cooking...for best flavor, wait to add it just before eating)
